– After Order Confirmation: Once an order has been confirmed by the restaurant, cancellations are not permitted.
2.2 Cancellation by Carrebag or Restaurant
– Unavailable Items: If any item(s) in your order is unavailable, Carrebag or the restaurant may cancel the order. Customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
– Operational Issues: In rare cases, such as technical issues, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, Carrebag or the restaurant may need to cancel an order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
– Incorrect Orders: If you receive an order that is significantly different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong items, missing items), you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the order.
– Quality Issues: If there are quality issues with the food or beverage received (e.g., spoiled, undercooked), you may be eligible for a refund. Please provide photographic evidence and contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the order.
3.2 Non-Eligibility for Refunds
– Change of Mind: Orders cannot be refunded or exchanged due to a change of mind.
– Partial Consumption: If a significant portion of the order has been consumed, refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction.

– Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the order or wallet balance or coupons of the same value. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
