Delivery Locations

– Maximum Distance: We deliver to addresses within a 25 km radius of the restaurant. Delivery beyond this distance is not available.
– P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
4.2 Delivery Limitations
– Edible Shelf Life: We ensure that all food items delivered have a shelf life that is safe for consumption. If the delivery distance or time compromises the edible shelf life of the food, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
– Responsibility: The responsibility for ensuring the edible shelf life of food items lies with the restaurant business owner as represented and informed to Carrebag.

– Accuracy: Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. Carrebag is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
– Address Changes: Any changes to the delivery address after the order has been placed may result in additional charges and delays.
